Founder & Principal Consultant

Robert Brown is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Atlantic Operations Consulting. He brings over 18 years of senior manufacturing operations experience across oil & gas, dairy processing, and beverage manufacturing.

Robert has held plant-level and senior leadership roles with responsibility for operations, maintenance, reliability, production planning, packaging, quality, supply chain, and capital planning in complex, regulated manufacturing environments. His experience includes leading multi-disciplinary teams, improving plant performance, reducing operational cost, and stabilizing operations during periods of growth and change.

Atlantic Operations Consulting was founded to provide practical, hands-on operational leadership to manufacturers who need real-world experience—not theory. Robert works directly with owners, plant managers, and leadership teams to deliver measurable improvements in reliability, throughput, and margin, while maintaining day-to-day operational stability.
